Shipping & Handling
Store Pick up
We provide store pick up for our local customers. Please allow at least 24 hours from the time your order was placed to pick up your order.
We currently only ship within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. All orders of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24-72 hours of order receipt unless otherwise specified. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees during severe weather conditions or other circumstances that may sometimes delay shipping.
Shipment is figured and charged according to total weight or per item(s). The best option will be available at checkout.
Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We pronounce that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Saffiyah Botanicals Holistic Care, LLC. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Saffiyah Botanicals Holistic Care, LLC will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. If any package is returned to Saffiyah Botanicals Holistic Care, LLC for any reason; such as incorrect shipping address, a $2 restocking fee plus shipping & handling charges will be deducted from your refund. If you then wish to have us re-ship the package, you must pay for the new shipping & handling charges prior to shipment.
Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must ship the damaged item(s) back to us within 10 business days of receipt in its original packaging with your packing slip enclosed. Once we verify that the item(s) were damage, we will at our decision give a full refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product(s). All shipping costs for damaged item(s) during transit to be return to Botanical Spirits Health & Beauty, LLC shall be at the expense of the customer.
Order Adjustment or Cancellation
Orders may be canceled or adjusted at any time prior to shipment, by contacting customer service before 1pm of the day you placed the order. If you would like to cancel or make adjustment to an order, you must send an email email@example.com. Once orders are shipped the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
Saffiyah Botanicals Holistic Care, LLC cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information, you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Orders cancellation policy applies.
We offer two types of payment terms; credit card (Visa or Master card) directly though our site or though PayPal using a verified account. Payment is expected upon completion of placement of the order. If choosing the pay using PayPal, our site will take you to the Paypal site to complete payment. You must complete payment at that time to prevent your order from being canceled.
